한결플레이(이하 "앱")는 사용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

1. 수집 및 전송하는 정보

앱은 다음 정보를 수집하지도, 외부로 전송하지도 않습니다.

• 개인 식별 정보(이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등)
• 위치 정보
• 사용 통계, 크래시 리포트, 분석 데이터
• 광고 식별자

2. 기기 내 저장

앱은 다음 항목을 기기 내부에만 저장합니다. 이 데이터는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 제거됩니다.

• 설정 값 (세로 고정, 파형 표시, 다운로드 URL 등)
• 마지막 재생 페이지 및 위치
• 사용자가 직접 다운로드한 콘텐츠 팩 파일 (오디오, 이미지, contents.json)

3. 권한

• 오디오 접근 (Android READ_MEDIA_AUDIO / iOS Music Library): 기기에 있는 오디오 파일을 목록에 표시하고 재생하기 위함. 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
• 네트워크: 오직 사용자가 설정 화면에서 직접 입력한 다운로드 URL에만 접속합니다. 분석·광고·추적 서버에는 접속하지 않습니다.

4. 콘텐츠에 대한 책임

앱은 재생 도구이며, 다운로드 URL로 가져오는 콘텐츠의 저작권과 적법성은 해당 콘텐츠를 제공·지정한 사용자의 책임입니다.

5. 아동

앱은 특별히 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 설계되지 않았으며, 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

NotchPlay (the "App") does not collect any personal data.

1. What we do NOT collect or transmit

• Personally identifiable information (name, email, phone, etc.)
• Location data
• Usage analytics, crash reports, or any telemetry
• Advertising identifiers

2. On-device storage

The App stores the following only on your device. This data is removed when you uninstall the App.

• Preferences (portrait lock, waveform visibility, download URL, etc.)
• Last played page and position
• Content-pack files you download (audio, images, contents.json)

3. Permissions

• Audio access (READ_MEDIA_AUDIO on Android, Music Library on iOS): used solely to list and play audio files that are already on your device. Nothing leaves the device.
• Network: the App connects only to the download URL you enter yourself in Settings. No analytics, advertising, or tracking servers are contacted.

4. Content responsibility

The App is a playback tool. Responsibility for the legality and licensing of any content fetched via a download URL rests with the user who supplies that URL.

5. Children

The App is not specifically targeted at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any data from children.
